Monkey Business Sdn Bhd operates the AI Visibility Report at this site. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Monkey Business Sdn Bhd. We can be reached at hello@monkeybusiness.asia or on WhatsApp at +60 17-621 0487.

When you submit the lead form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your WhatsApp number
• Your brand or company name
• Your website URL, if you choose to share it
• Your industry
• Technical metadata your browser sends with every request (IP, user-agent, referrer, timestamp)

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Don’t submit the form if you are.

• To research and prepare the free AI Visibility Report you requested
• To contact you about the report and book the free strategy call
• To follow up about our paid services if relevant to your situation
• To measure which ad campaigns produce real leads (analytics)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Limited processors only, for the purposes above:

• Google (Sheets / Apps Script)— stores the submission so our team can act on it.
• Meta (Facebook)— receives a Lead event via the Meta Pixel on your browser so we can measure ad performance. No form field values are sent to Meta beyond a generic event label and a one-time event ID.
• Vercel— hosts this site. Standard request logs apply.
• Our internal team— the humans who write your report and contact you.

This site loads the Meta Pixel from connect.facebook.net. It sets cookies to attribute your visit to a Meta ad if you arrived via one. You can block this by using a tracker-blocking browser extension or by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings. Blocking the pixel will not change what the form sends to us.

We retain lead submissions for up to 24 months for follow-up and internal sales-pipeline analytics, unless you ask us to delete sooner. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Cookies and pixel data follow Meta’s retention policy.

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and (if you reside in the EU/UK) the GDPR, you can:

• Ask us what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or update it
• Ask us to delete it
• Withdraw your consent for future contact at any time
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these, email hello@monkeybusiness.asiawith “Data request” in the subject. We aim to respond within 21 days.

We rely on the security controls of the services named above (Google, Meta, Vercel). We use HTTPS for all transmission. No internet transmission is 100% secure; submit only what you’re comfortable sharing.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
