Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Monkey Business Sdn Bhd. By submitting the lead form on this site, you agree to them.

The AI Visibility Report is a free written analysis of your brand’s presence on Google search, AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.), media coverage, and competitor benchmarks. We produce it manually based on the information you provide and publicly available data.

The report is an advisory deliverable. We make our best judgment based on what we observe, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, leads, sales, attribution lift, or any other measurable result). Acting on the recommendations is your decision and at your risk.

The brand name, website, and industry you submit must be accurate. Submitting someone else’s brand or false information violates these terms and we may decline to produce the report.

We retain ownership of the analysis methods, templates, and internal benchmarks we use to produce the report. The report itself, once delivered, is yours to use internally. You may not resell or publish it as your own work.

We may use anonymized findings (industry trends, common gaps) in future content marketing without identifying you.

After delivering the report, we may contact you about our paid services. You can opt out of further marketing contact at any time by replying STOP, by emailing hello@monkeybusiness.asia, or via the data-request channel in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monkey Business Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the report. Our total aggregate liability for anything related to the free report is limited to RM100.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by conversation will be brought to the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date at the top.
